That's almost as bad as a mate of mine who orders a Chinese takeaway and always adds an extra portion of noodles so he can put them in the fridge for breakfast - COLD - next morning ! I suppose we all have our foibles.

I’m cooking for one at the moment. So it makes sense to eat half at dinner and then have the rest for lunch.
Yes it was like a chicken satay salad...but with curry and sweet potato rice - under 400 cals and the first meal of the day.
I have never enjoyed curry so much.
