hmoaks23's Journal, 10 Feb 20

I am seeing everyone's meals and stories and hope I'm doing this diet thing right. Some days I feel like I'm going to pass out if I dont get a little something to eat. I am well under my calorie intake but not seeing much weight loss.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Since you ASKED - I would advise that you are cutting your calories too low. You need the food for energy to exercise.

Thank you. I will definitely be adding some more exercise to my routine. Especially since Spring is almost here. I ate a little more whole grain foods today that really seemed to help with the light headedness. Thanks again for your advise and support.

Reassess your activity level, reassess your eating plan. You should never feel unwell because of your WOE and nutritional intake.
