I need to be strict with myself. And as everyone knows, that isn’t easy. For anyone. A ooooo it’s only a little it won’t hurt always turns into ohhh poop I’ve eaten the lot. Bad bad me 😂😂😂

By starting off low ( under 900 calories a day before exercise ) Hopefully i should be able to drop some weight quick, and then in a week or two , build my calorie intake up to 1000 a day before exercise , I’ll continue to lose weight but at a steady pace.

First time Dieting EVER. Bare with me ha ha I am new to this 😂😂😂
