Rock N Fit - 3 sessions of 10 minutes on high speed.
TOTAL CALORIES - 724 Calories
Obviously I’m going to have a Coffee or 2 So that will add a little more calories than that BUT the exercise will just take 2-300 off of the total...It’s a intense start BUT needs To be done. I will update you all on if I eat anything else and what the e w total is.
