I’m really struggling this week. My IBS symptoms are terrible, I injured my back, and our basement was flooded with all the rain. I didn’t have a drop this week so far, but no gain either.
104.6 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
