My plan failed today. It was going so well ... and then we had a power cut for 6 hours ... and that’s where I fell as I ate because I was bored and now instead of 1100 just under ...it’s now 1300. WITHOUT dinner yet ....that’s bad
I guess DAY 1 will be tomorrow. I’m so ashamed

Never feel ashamed. Think about other things you could have done to keep yourself occupied rather than eating (I know that's easier said than done). Tomorrow is a new day, start then and stay strong.
