I started tracking my points again. It really has helped! I'm down 2lbs since last week. The big thing is the calories. Staying in my points keeps me at about 950-1100 calories. It just doesnt seem like enough calories for a day. I hope this doesn't backfire and make me gain later. Now I just need to get in better shape. More exercise is what I need.
