well after a long bout of uncertainty and lack of commitment - i am back on the horse - I realized the scales weren't moving but i did lose inches in parts of my body (not my waist or midsection but arms legs and other less obvious parts) so my perceived stall wasnt a stall. It just goes to show that measurement are important.

I had seen a slight weight gain but mostly seen a growth of fat in these areas again. I also adopted a hybrid diet for the spring but that quicky turned into a high fat high carb diet and a diet of convenience do to being lazy as my energy levels dropped. I felt awfulmy aches and pains were back - i had a carb attack often and felt hungry even though i just ate. My body was telling me i was starving even though i had no more room in my gullet. My body was starving (instant noodles wasnt a meal) it was craving the fresh veggies it was use to. not to metion my blood sugar was all over the place with no real control over spikes my body/my energy suffered.

So i have decided to give this another go - i have had my faith restored and have an idea the true signs of weight loss and how to id a real stall. Also weekly cheats i was working into my diet and justified were getting bolder and not as satisfying as i hoped (hence why they became bigger and bolder).

I have seen some positive changes not only these before unnoticed area but to my sugars to my energy levels my hunger and the ability to feel satisfied without gorging.

I have real faith this time and i have removed the scale as a key sign of success and replaced it with how i feel (my body will be my sign of success) also i have removed all timelines for my weight loss and my goal weight is now a seen as a guide not a destination. I am focused on creating a better healthier me and a me that will be here for a long time to come.

i hope at one time in the future i can look back and say I made a good choice and i am grateful that i decided to go back on this journey.
