Had a late night craving, luckily there was only a small bag of chips left! I did make myself some breakfast this morning. I use simple old fashion oats & added just 1 T of pure maple syrup and 1 tsp of brown sugar, tasted just like the instant without the added sugars & other nasty additive. I believe I know how to eat right & smart, it's the exercising I usually have trouble with...motivation, support, and joint pain are my main problems. Everyone in my house is gone during the day, so I don't have anyone to workout with and when they get home, their too tired. So I'm basically doing this on my own, but if I put my mind to it I believe I can do it. I just have take each day one at a time!
