Trying again for the umpteenth time - lol. I'm working on not making it so strict that I hate what I'm doing within days. Instead of Atkins, I'm trying to make individually smart choices that reduce the carbs. I know me - the second I tell myself I can't have something, i WANT it desperately! Lol - what a mess. I've decided the best way to get more exercise in is to walk the very long hall at my work - do at least 5 laps in the morning before anyone else gets there, and then get in more as the day goes on. It's a start, anyway, and better than nothing. We are leaving for our Colorado vacation in two weeks, and my goal is to lose 10 pounds before then, so I'm not gasping for breath while walking around in 8,000 foot air!! Or at least gasping less than I would have been... here we go!!
