Hmmm...some are reading my journal. I didn't think that there was anyone out there reading it. Surprise to me!
I like to create. Creating things in my life is VERY important to me. I think that's the reason that I have stayed in my current job as a Graphic Designer....I get to create everyday. And then on the weekends, I create meals, music, soaks, purses, carvings....I just love the process of creating.
So my goal is to create meals that are better for me and sweetie. Both of us need to lose weight. Both of us need to exercise. But I don't want to give up taste. There has to be a way....to have the foods that we love, but made with ingredients that are better for us. I suppose the adventure begins with me! Time to dream up a way of doing it.
