I made the stick go pink! I made the stick go pink!

Seriously, the Puma Diet is so magical to me. The notion that we can manipulate our metabolisms so quickly and easily is mystifying. Informally (more accurately, obsessively) weighing in today (read: every day) before the official weekly business on Saturday, I am down 5.5 pounds. It's truly strange to me, as I've been eating 300-400 more calories per day than a typical on-program Weight Watchers day.

I'm sure this rapid rate of loss is temporary but galldang* it's flippin* awesome right now.

* I don't know what the sitch is in this place about profanity. Personally, I'm a fan. But I don't want to rock the boat or cause offense.
