I can't help but to be disappointed in myself. I gained the 1.2 pounds that lost yesterday. Its those damn brats! Those juicy and mouthwatering links from heaven do me in. How can you not eat them? Oh I hope that I can undo the damage today. I have to start going to the gym....have to start sometime. Maybe tomorrow morning!

Hi Gina, I hope I didn't come across snotty or anything! I just cannot believe what the food industry puts in things like sausage, hot dogs, and chicken McNuggets. If you ever want to stop eating one of these things, just Google it and watch how its made. My husband loves those brats too!

Oh no...I agree. Just once in a while....I have to indulge. Your okay sweetie....you are keeping me honest! I've been planning out my meals to cook at home....instead of relying on "how I feel" at the end of the day. Thanks for helping me out!
