After a three-week hiatus from the diet, on top of a month of travel and reunions, I've added a few pounds back. I kept to 145 up until mid-June, so that's a pretty good run, and I'm determined to drop that six or so pounds that crept back on this summer. I've not been visiting fatsecret so much since last fall, but I think it kept me focused last time when I lost the weight. So, here's to returning to Phase I of the SBD and saying adios to the summer weight.
