Today is the day! I weighed in this morning at 159.5 and it is probably a little high from last night's eating out. I got up and had some canteloupe for breakfast, I made a huge pot of Vegetable soup to eat all week and I am ready to go. I was going to do a DVD workout today but instead, my workout so far has been cleaning my bathroom, laundry, collecting up and taking out the trash and I will be doing other stuff around the house as well, I am already tuckered out. Cleaning is hard work!
