Today is the day! I weighed in this morning at 159.5 and it is probably a little high from last night's eating out. I got up and had some canteloupe for breakfast, I made a huge pot of Vegetable soup to eat all week and I am ready to go. I was going to do a DVD workout today but instead, my workout so far has been cleaning my bathroom, laundry, collecting up and taking out the trash and I will be doing other stuff around the house as well, I am already tuckered out. Cleaning is hard work!

That's a great idea with making the soup! I made some lentil soup the other day in my crock pot - it wasn't really that great - I think I'll try the Pumpkin Curry Soup recipe from the fat smash message board - What kind of vegetable soup do you make?

I know when I eat something that has a lot of sodium in it, I tend to gain a few lbs extra (water weight). That maybe what's going on w/you. Cleaning is hard work - you don't realize the bending squating you really do do. I try to incorporate some exercise moves in while im cleaning to give myself a bigger boost. Dancing while sweeping is always fun - my dogs look @ me like I'm insane, lol - it makes it go quicker :-)

It sounds like you've had a pretty good workout with everything you've done around the house. If you can, try to work the DVD in sometime later in the day.

Good job. I think I am going to try making soup for the week. I would like to know about the soup too. Keeping busy is good when you can't workout. Great job.
