I thought I’d just say a bit about myself here so my names sajidah I’m 15 and I used to be 10st9lb and currently 8st7lb my goal is 7st9lb and I’m 1.52m tall! 😅 So I decided to start losing weight in September 2018 and only got this app in October 2019 previously I’d been on the low carb diet but decided to change my diet as I wasn’t losing anything anymore I’d got down to 9st1lb. Ever since starting low cal I’ve lost 8lbs and I wanted to loose weight to feel better about myself and being a young teenager it’s not that easy being overweight at school with people judging you and I’m going to college next year so I thought before I become an adult 😅I want to be healthy and looking good ! So yeah that’s me basically .
