It's been 3 months since I stopped my diet and I have also stopped recording my food as I was being a little to anal about it. I have made healthier decisions since the weight loss like having salad instead of chips and when having unhealthy food, I have a little, not like before. Also, I now pack a lunch instead of just ordering something. I'm happy with where my mind is. I have my bad days where I have a little more than I should but I then have a few clean days after so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. I'm in a good place with it and think I can keep it up.
