Well I just squeaked out a loss for my weigh in this morning. I've been holding at 142 all week. My belly has felt flatter this week which is what I am going for. I will have 4 challenging food times here just this weekend with events that will have good food involved. I will need to keep my head on straight and at least do the Paul McKenna rules of eating slowly, enjoying it all and stopping when I think I am full. We also have company coming in so I can't let that kill my efforts either. Must work out hard and stay focused on my goal of getting to 138/139 by the end of the month! I can do this! This has been my goal since the end of June and I really need to make it there by August now as it's too long to be yo-yoing up and down at this weight!
