One thing that makes me fall back into old bad habits.
Being almost 100kg and having most of the fat accumulation around my mid section and being 1.7m, I can hide the fat under clothing quite well.
So once my clothing starts to look a little better, I easily slip back into bad habits, because I look a little more acceptable. (not too bad)
So THIS TIME, I am not going for bronze again. This time I AM GOING FOR GOLD!
I am not going to stop because my clothes look & fit a little better. I DON'T WANT TO BE A SIZE 42 anymore!!!!!
I WANT to be a size 38 AT LEAST!
I want to walk into a store and buy what I WANT, NOT WHAT FITS and hides my midsection!
This time, better fitting clothes is just not going to do the job. I WANT MORE!
