I really over-did today with my WW pts./calories. Oh boy! Been feeling better but have the drainage and cough. Been popping a lot of cough drops. Giving me a tummy ruckus. I will be on my stationary bike later. I hope to hoop. Husband had a little eye procedure today and is laid up in the bedroom. Which is where I hoop and watch TV.
Oh, almost forgot...took measurements. 5/2 4/2 under chest-35 3/4 36 waist 37 1/2 37 :/ hips 41 40 1/2 calf (both) 13 1/2 13 1/2 arm (both) 13 1/2 13
Did go down a little. The waist, guess I didn't measure right or something. Need to get under 35. This gut thing! Frustrating!
