Since the start of my lifestyle change I've lost 5 lbs! It wasn't hard at all and I'm looking forward to getting rid of the last 10. I lose weight super slow. I know what it feels like to do everything right and see the scale stay in the same place but stick with it because eventually its gonna move. Don't give up! No binge eating pity parties when the scale doesn't move (ya that's right I know what goes on in that head when the scale doesn't move)!
