Today i had a large cup of coffee with one creamer in it and a fruit and yogurt parfet for breakfast. For lunch i met my dad at smithharts and i had water, salad with ranch, chicken tortilla soup, and a grilled chicken sandwhich. I had mustard no mayo and i did not eat half of the top bun. It was more calories than i wanted to eat, but i think i am doing ok if i eat a light dinner.
Steps i will take for next time: get a fat free dressing and skip the soup.
