this looks yummy. may I add for any diabetic friends? As well as the red grapes are full of wonderful deliciousness, the green grapes do not alter your sugar levels.

Just purchased food prep containers to do portion control options for a few days. Makes lunch selection easy every morning. Keep up the good work.
