Today i drank a cup of coffee with two hazlenut creamers. For lunch i had Mcdonalds classic chicken sandwhich with no mayo and added mustard. I also took off the bottom bun. I have a fruit and yogurt parfet with a large un-sweet ice tea. For a snack at work i had a 100 calorie cheeze-it pack. For dinner i plan on eating left overs, i might stop by the grocery store for some fresh veggies. This weekend i will plan some meals out that i can prepare in advance.
