I worked outside all day yesterday - and am back down to 184.3 Hopefully this is the beginning of a new downward trend and my stall is over. I didn't diet while working, but I drank lots of fluids. Only the next few days will tell if the weight loss was water only, but I don't think so.

This has been the longest 'stall' yet - 19 days. However, in that time, I did move onto atkins OWL stage - and I did let myself cheat. This made it much easier to maintain my weight. I figured, that since I wasn't going to lose weight for a while that I would just maintain my weight.

I did try around the 13 - 22 to restart my weight loss, but my body wasn't ready. Then, A couple days ago, I just started to lose weight again.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
