Pork Stir Fry, with added Asparagus and bean sprouts. Family were doing something with Skinny Sausages so I had to have two of those. I’m still under my recommended calorie intake for the day. Had a lunch walk too.

It was yummy! Cooked a meal for two, the other half of the meal is in a divine salad for tomorrows lunch. 😋
