Life is crazy! M-I-L visiting since last week. Taking her stay with a S-I-L today because tomorrow we leave to help our daughter and her kids move into a new apartment. Then back to the beginning of the school year with all the kick-off events at church. Yikes! Such energy and fun! So many details to attend to! Makes it harder to make the BEST choices because I comfort, calm, and celebrate with FOOD! Yearly physical yesterday, waiting to see how my blood sugar and cholesterol level register.
