I'm just not feeling "right" today and consequently I've decided to postpone my fast day until tomorrow. I have a nasty headache which kept me awake most of the night and still hasn't lifted despite taking aspirin this morning.

Ouch. I hope you feel better soon. It's probably a wise move to move the fast, I agree. I had planned to do my Tuesday fast today too, but I just didn't feel that I had the energy for it, so I will go with my regular schedule. Besides, it's probably smarter for me to to Low Cal on a day where I'm NOT hitting the Gym.
