午餐:蒸南瓜,乳酪蛋糕
晚餐:烤肠,奶茶,抹茶饼干
中午去练了一小时,胸、背、手臂,有氧爬坡15分钟
我教练中午给我补过生日,我吃了一块蛋糕,十分之一大
