More conscious eating than hard work.
I have little time or energy to work out, but I do aim for 2x a week for now.
Once that is a habit, I am going to push for 3x a week, then 4x, then 5x!
I think I walk a lot during the day though. Just hope the pedometer I ordered online will get here already!!!!!
