Very happy to report these results. I basically exceeded my goal...twice. :-) Things are looking on the up and up!

**Edit: I've decided to set another goal. I'm getting out of the 3's this week. :-)

Here's my updated Excel sheet:

I'll keep it at 1374 cal/day this week to achieve this, with today being a spike day. Let's see how this will happen. :)
