I managed to stay on track the whole week, however I had a birthday and a trip to do this bank holiday weekend in England, so I overdued my RDI a bit on both days.
Today I went to Boots (the pharmacy where I weight myself every monday) and I was expecting a little loss or the same weight as last week's weigh-in but, surprisingly, I lost 2.1 kilos!! I am now a bit concerned of having trouble to maintain my new weight because I am losing too quickly.
Well, I think I should only be happy, isn't it? Ok, will try not to worry about the future... I am back to the weight I had when I moved to England 4 years ago! YAY!
I would like to say sorry to my buddies because I am not very participative these days. I will move to another country in few months and I am using my spare time to sort things out. I wish a great week to you all!
