Increase your protein intake to start. Add veggies. This will balance for the most part. And keep your little sweet treats, in moderation. If it’s too difficult, then count your calories and incorporate sweets when you are sure your protein and fibers are enough for the day. L-glutamine can be handy as well.

Dawn I haven’t tested ALA but read a lot of stuff about it, apparently it’s good for chronic neuropathic pains and also it regulates cholesterol. L-glutamine on the other hand is part of my daily intake.

Bee anytime. At least 20g of protein + 2 cups of veggies per meal will give you more power over sugar (that you can still keep if you want 😉).

Just learn to moderate it. That looks like a small portion. Just don't have a whole box. What V said.

I agree diet Dr Pepper, I’m also doing low carb so I make almond flour bread in a mug. When I am feeling like I want to eat something sweet, I add Cocoa powder, and Stevia to the mix. I cut it into fours, Toast it and eat one whenever I feel snacky and save the rest. And of course drink lots of water.
The recipe I use, is 3 tablespoons of almond flour, teaspoon of baking powder, one egg and mix it in a mug in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Then toast

A favorite go to of mine is strawberry applesauce(we tend to have many Mott's containers in the house), or honey crisp apples with cinnamon and ginger sprinkled on top. Something naturally sweet can cure a sugar fix :)

Parfait Style:
vanilla yogurt layered with sugarfree cherry and/or blueberry pie filling. Use sliced banana or any other fresh fruit too. Crunchy granola on top.

Any berries with SF whipped cream scratches that itch for me. Believe it or not, top it with crumbled pecans and it’s utopia!

I like to eat Outshine fruit bars. They are like a popsicle but made from real fruit. If I eat it slowly & savor the taste I feel satisfied. They range from 35 to 90 calories.
