udah berusaha makan banyak sayur dan protein (dr 2 butir telur, kacang, tahu, nutbar) tp tetep aja fat yang lebih gede dr protein 😞 pdhl masak udah g pk minyak. susah ternyata bikin menu tinggi protein. makan ikan takut mercury, dada ayam jg kurang niqmat
