Well, this is a wake up call. All the progress I’ve made down the drain. The past 7.5 months I’ve separated from my husband and moved out on my own, switched careers and lost a few key relationships in my life (a result of the separation).

Starting again today. No excuses.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
