I lost 3 and a half stone in 12 weeks in mid 2018 and kept it off until Christmas. When I decided to let myself eat whatever I wanted for a week...and just didn’t stop until last week. Consequently over a year of eating garbage means I put all of the weight back on, and a bit extra to boot.
Was expecting maybe a couple of pounds loss in the first week, being seriously strict and determined (like last time) so a 7lb loss in the first week is hugely motivating. Just finished an hour of football in the pouring rain, feeling good. Less than 1200 calories intake for the day, I might treat myself to a hot chocolate.
