I didn't share one of the smoothies that I made last week and found it had over 300 calories so have started making smoothie pops. They would be great for your throat. Low fat milk & frozen bananas then add whatever other fruit you have and freeze it in a dixie cup with a stick. It eats like a pudding pop but lots healthier and only about 70 calories for a 3oz pop. I am having a tough time keeping the kids out of them. I hope you feel better. Don't let it stop your progress!
