keeping it real. I have not felt the cravings I did at the beginning, and I am more motivated to walk the dogs and then take in home projects. like decluttering and deep cleaning something. I am diagnosed ocd and although many people get embarrassed when they are diagnosed, I gave learned to embrace it. it us hard for my husband sometimes since my OCD is panic over clutter and I see things dirty where others see normal living. Fortunately, I burn alot of energy because I always see something to organize if clean. I see the glass half full. so tomorrow I will weigh myself for he first time and I pray I see some weight loss so u can stay motivated. But so far I have done good and my appetite has gone down. I'll tube in to let you all know. 🤗
