Welp. Didnt want to post my weight today. My own fault. It would be different if I was enjoying what I ate, but Im not.
Bright sides: Hair color on point Went to the gym last night Shaved off 2 more seconds on my 600m row (2:22) Got my new planner Signed up for a new round of the challenge I was on last fall.
All of the pieces are there, all thats missing is me.
