Yeppeee I was the same for weeks and now I have lost weight again. I am still keeping to my points and biking about 3 days a week. I am glad I am back on track loosing again.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
