Down with sinus thing, probably a cold, all weekend. Likely why I'm down a few pounds. I only get once or twice a year so I can't complain. Drinking chicken broth and trying really hard not to cave to the sugar craving. Drinking lots more water and hot tea. Our winter has been much milder but still dry so humidifier on full blast.
