早餐:脱脂牛奶250ml、鸡蛋白40g、鸡蛋60g、半熟芝士75g
午餐:蒸南瓜476g、龙利鱼135g、青椒150g、粉蒸牛肉208g
晚餐:蒸南瓜316g
中午练的胸、手臂后侧、有氧爬坡半小时
晚上不练了,去看个电影,希望能忍住不要再吃其他东西,也不要喝饮料
