I stepped on the scale this morning, though I vowed I would only weigh in once a week, at most. After just three days, I was thrilled to be down 2lbs already. I won't do measurements until the end of the week. So, I'm pleased. One of the YOU soups has been my saving grace! Great for snacks...and I've had it with salad for lunch as well. There have been some slips, of course, but I'm pleased, and best of all, I still feel motivated. This is the best ever. I need to make up a menu for the next week and take it with me when I get this week's groceries. So, all in all, it's been a great and encouraging start!
