今天第一顿:羊肉黄萝卜饺子,粉汤
一会跟闺蜜去听音乐会,晚上还要去健身房上课,今天练背和胸,大姨妈终于快完了,休息了5天,终于可以开练啦!晚上练前吃个烤红薯或者玉米,今天就不能再吃啦!
