Joined 10-15 lb weight loss challenge. If I can lose 10-15 lbs, that will put me 1/2 way to my goal. I am optimistic.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
