I have been sooooo tempted to find something yummmy to eat (sweet), but need to stick to the plan.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

when i want something sweet i have been opting for herbal tea with stevia. there are so many flavors and some are quite sweet.

You'll feel better about sticking to your plan, than you will about getting short-lived enjoyment (and possibly then guilt) for eating something unhealthy!
