Yesterday TBC. I kept the weights through the whole workout, today sore arms! But not overly sore, sore in a good way. Doing better at tracking my food. Really want to get down to my current goal, it really isn't that far to go ... so why not! :)

Unfortunately I seem to have picked up a sore throat as well as sore muscles. :(

Decided not to run Bloomsday. Not quite ready for that length of run and not wanting to risk it after what happened at the Boston marathon. Plus it is a 5 hour drive away!

Supposed to take the girls to the San Juan islands tomorrow, but I may not be up to it and it has turned drizzly.
