Hard to stay gluten free when you're busy and working and short on funds! I've taken a detour down the whole grains only diet for a little while until I make it back to the health food store or figure out how to cook gluten free. (I'm not diagnosed celiac or anything like that, I just suspect wheat is harder to digest than other grains.)

I've noticed one day eating more than normal means your stomach produces more acid to account for more food, thus making you more hungry the next day as well. A few days after the trip to relatives' place my appetite is finally back down to normal.
