Today has been a day of reflection. My weight loss has slowed down. I am still at it. I refuse to give up. Those first several pounds are so exhilerating until it all comes to a halt.
I've reviewed my food and exercise log and I need to make some changes. I will start there and evaluate again in another week. An article I read today talked about psychological reasons for weight loss to stall or why we sabotage ourselves. It was very interesting. I could see myself in several of the points that were brought up.
One of my biggest goals is not to give up when it gets difficult. I am determined to stick to it.
It was rainy and dreary today so I didn't get out to walk. I've been doing extra flights of stairs as my exercise today.
