Im having troubles with the exercise. I knew this was going to be the tough part of this goal to loose weight. I can do 10 minutes but that seems not to be enough to loose all that fat.

How long have you been exercising? How much weight do you have to loose? Be patient with yourself. As your strength increases, the more exercise you'll be able to do. You'll see, a month from now you're going to shocked as to how much you can do.

Thank you for that support, its more about making the time. like 2 weeks ago I was walking 30 minutes, but I was not following a strict diet like the one that I'm on now. so now I'm spending those 30 mins in the morning preparing my meals, when I come back from work, then I have to take care of my daughter's stuff, so now I'm only making 10 minutes of some dancing. but I know that I have to be patient and try to figure out something. I have to loose 17 pound in 3 months

while doing stuff in house jog. Thats what I do. I even jog in place making dinner

this way is easier, while preparing breakfast I jog in place and it was good. I also found some old zumba dvds that I can use them at night, before bedtime.

Good 4 u.And I also dance while commercials r on so I can get in a work out for my busy day

I have the time but not the energy. Working on that. I have a hard time exercising for 30 minutes unless it's low impact.
